How Does the Xiaomi Mi Band 2023 Detect Sleep?

This smart bracelet is capable of monitoring our sleep cycle thanks to the sensors it incorporates. Basically, it is responsible for collecting the pulsations that we produce in the different phases of sleep to find out the quality of it.

Once you have collected this information, we will have to pair the bracelet with a Smartphone and transfer the data obtained to an application called Zepp Life in order to see the hours you have slept .
