If the Nintendo Switch Oled screen looks like an X-ray , it is because you have inadvertently activated the “Inverted Colors” option in the “Change Menu Colors” section .

- Now go to the right side of the screen and scroll down until you find the option “Change Menu Colors” which by default should be in “Inverted Colors” , select it.
